I pray because I enjoy being in His presence. I Pray to express the highest level of praise and exaltation to the one who made me. I pray that I might hear. I pray because I am overwhelmed; lonely, scared, and scattered.I pray because it brings comfort to my heart. I pray for wholeness. I pray for
strength and stability. I pray because the scripture says to. I pray because there are things I want to say that are to big for small ears. I pray because I am hot, stuck in traffic, and the words I heard myself say are not Kingdom words. I pray because temptation continues to invite me to parties I know I am unable to attend. I pray because someone is sick, someone else died; a family is overcome with grief. I pray because although I love you, I need to ask for graces and mercy it takes to walk with you. I pray for You and Me that we might be beautiful inside and out and our words be
acceptable in His sight. I pray that his Kingdom would come and that I would be the first to do His will. I pray because I need my Father in heaven to hear and guide me into the truth of "all that I should do."
